Super truck
The mirrors were dirty. Look like there was an attempt to wipe them but they were a bit foggy due to not rinsing the cleaning agent off. This made backing up more challenging as I didn't have clear mirrors.
Had such a great experience with the Rubicon. It really made of vacation extra special. Super clean, everything was “like new”, and the staff of Rugged Rentals was so great to work with. We are locals and will definitely be renting again soon!
A little more work on cleaning out the vehicle between renters. My vehicle had some dog hair in it that affected my allergies. Other than that, great vehicle and service.

Friendly staff and great service. Exceptional vehicles for a great price. We ended our trip short and were refunded with no questions asked. We will be back and will rent from Rugged again.
This was our second time renting and we were even more pleased than the first time.
It’s so nice to know we will get the 4x4 we wanted. Even though Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with snow after all.

Much better than corporates. More personal service and could book and received the specific car I needed. With corporates it is a lucky dip if you require a specific type of vehicle, even if you book months ahead. Rugged Rental will be who I use ex Salt Lake
