Always prompt on pickup and return from the airport. Never a wait to pick up the vehicle when arriving at the rental location.
I have been renting from Rugged Rental for perhaps 10 years for spring skiing. They are responsive, attentive and helpful. Plus, the cars / trucks are good and the rates are so much better than "on airport". I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.
I had never drove a diesel truck before and half way through my trip it ran out of exhaust fluid. I didn’t know how serious it was. I was nervous about it most of the trip. I would recommend that the staff keep an eye out for items like that so the customer doesn’t have to worry about it. Other than that my experience was great.
Great value and a clean vehicle was ready. No lines like the big agencies. And best of all a guaranteed 4 wheel vehicle(bigger agencies cannot guarantee this as we have found out) which is needed to get up and down Powder Mountain access road when there is snow. Will recommend to all of our friends up there who need to rent.

Our plans were cut short due to COVID-19. Rugged Rentals staff were so accommodating and kind through the ordeal and credited our unused days. Great bunch of employees and good value for the vehicle rented.
We had to cut our trip short with the Coronavirus shutdown, but they had easy to follow vehicle return instructions for off hours and no-hassle refund/return for unused days. Would definitely use again when we return!
