It would have been nice to have been told that the Jeep Wrangler was an electric vehicle. I didn't know it was running because it idled so quietly until I asked the lady explained it. Also, the lady didn't know anything about 4H vs 4 low and the speeds associated with each or how to give directions on shifting into 4 low. The vehicle itself was great though.
I've never seen a better price on rentals. Sometimes that means the rental agency is cheap or has hidden fees--but Rugged Rental was very up-front about everything. The vehicle was exactly what we needed to car camp and save money on our national parks trip.
