great place to rent from with very nice staff
Easy rental experience and easy return

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Got us in and out quickly. We chose Rugged because we were able to reserve a 4 wheel drive vehicle which was needed for the mountainous winter elements. National rental companies could not promise or even specifically offer 4 wheel vehicles.
The staff was great. They put my luggage in the car while I changed to go skiing, went over the car with me and were very helpful.
