Ordered a 4x4 with ski racks... got a beautiful auto however without snow tires. Snow tires are required for some ski areas.
We usually rent at the airport, and as a ski family, have a lot of gear. Rugged was prompt to pick us up and the process of getting our vehicle was very fast. Highly recommend!

GREAT experience with Rugged Rentals! Airport pickup was a breeze, the guys at the store were super nice and made everything easy, and our truck was AWESOME. Perfect for tossing 5 persons worth of ski gear in the back. No storms while we were in town, but it was great knowing that we had snow tires and 4wd if we needed them. We’ll definitely rent with Rugged Rentals again the next time we’re in SLC!

Highly recommend Rugged Rental. The rental rate was a great price. We were promptly picked up from the airport, taken to the rental agency, signed some paperwork and we were quickly on our way. Returning the vehicle was just as easy. Everyone working there was very friendly. I will use them again.
