We have rented many times from Rugged Rental and have found the people and experience pleasant and efficient.
Always have a great experience renting from Rugged Rentals. Staff is friendly and courteous and always ready to help. 4WD really helps in the snowing conditions at the ski resorts and makes me not worry about being able to get around safely. Will rent from you again in the future!

Mitch went out of his way to provide us with exceptional service, our plane had arrived earlier than scheduled and we were expecting to wait around for an hour before we could call for their shuttle. At about 0700 I received a call that I missed and then a follow up text from Mitch asking if we arrived and if we needed a shuttle, I was surprised as Rugged Rental doesn’t open til 0800. Mitch informed me that he came to work a little early just to pick us up. Awesome company to rent from.
I found Rugged Rental four years ago while planning our first trip to Utah. The cars are always clean and well maintained, and the staff knows their stuff. Highly recommend

We had trouble with the key pad and we did not receive a key for the rack on the top. Cameron was awesome and drove them all the way to me and hour and 10 minutes away after he got off work!! He also called me a day ahead of time to make sure we were coming and gave me his cell so I could call him. He went way above and beyond. Thanks Cameron! You rock! I would definitely rent from here again if I was In The area.
