I liked the ability to have after hours drop off.
Staff was wonderful. Vehicle exceeded expectations. Only slight issue is that we didn’t know to call for airport pickup so we waited until we worked that out.

I rented a Ram 1500 crew cab, 4WD, pickup trip for a Utah ski trip. I haven't driven many pick ups so I had a few questions, particularly about use of the 4WD. The folks at Rugged Rental were very helpful answering my questions. They were also super prompt picking me up and dropping me off at the Salt Lake City airport, which is only a hop and a skip away (10 minutes or less in normal traffic). All the employees that I interacted were friendly and helpful.
