From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience with Rugged Rental. The staff in particular was fantastic. Very refreshing in comparison to the large nationwide rental companies.
I would strongly suggest adding winter tires to your AWD vehicles - our tires were very slippery in the canyon. Thanks!
