No surprises, smooth experience and very capable staff
Great experience. AWD Hundai had excellent traction in snow and ice. Staff knew the tire rules for driving up little Cottonwood Canyon.

Great experience
Staff was great - no issues - and only "light" up-selling attempts. 4 in the Jeep Cherokee with skis and luggage was tight for our short trip to lodging. Ski rack on roof VERY HELPFUL as was the SNOW BRUSH (both included). Definitely recommend Rugged Rental for 4WD vehicles to get up the canyons to great skiing.
