I rented 2 awd vehicles. At the last minute I had to change one out for a bigger vehicle. The process was seamless and the staff where more than happy to help. They picked us up promptly and we where on our way to enjoying our vacation. Returning the vehicles was just as easy and they got us to the airport promptly.
