We needed a 4 wheel drive to get to our house on Summit at Powmow. Rules require 4WD to drive on US158 during the winter. We decided to give RR a try and will ALWAYS use them in the future for our unique needs. Great people & customer service, great car, honest & reliable company, price was reasonable as well. Enough said.
Normally I rent from Hertz, but was looking for an SUV that would carry my whole family and Hertz did not have one. I was so pleased with the two SUVs I rented from Rugged Rental and would happily use them again. The cars were clean and I was provided with free roof racks and a free child’s car seat. The whole experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this company!
An easy experience.
Let me say that EVERYTHING about my rental experience was top-notch! From the rental vehicle itself which was perfect for our use to their accommodation of allowing my son to pick up the vehicle in my place as he was arriving early, they were 100% awesome! I will be using them again and would recommend them to everyone!

Cool Jeep rental
Nice large 4 x 4 vehicle but that doesn’t help much when the tires are barely legal for winter driving on snow and on ice. When returning vehicle we had to wait for an extended length of time before being shuttled to the airport. Luckily we had plenty of time.The staff was polite but could benefit from a little friendliness training. I would rent a vehicle from rugged rental again but would Demand tires with decent tire tread depth.
Every employee was so friendly and just added to the experience!!! Car was excellent and met every need. Price was better than any of those name brand companies. Highly recommend Rugged!!!
