This is our third year of renting from Rugged Rental. We find them great!!!! Unlike other rental agencies, we get the car they promised, and there are no lines and no long waits for cars to be returned (which we have experienced at other rental agencies). Customer service is how I rate companies and theirs is fantastic.

I had he best car rental experience. I rented with Rugged Rental based on site ratings and reviews. Everything was as promised and they confirmed rental by email prior to the rental date. The vehicle brand was better than promised, with new 2019 vehicle very low mileage vehicle, which ran great. The airport pickup and drop off was smooth and quick, and the rental location was convenient to freeway and easy to find. I would definitely rental from this location if I ever am in Salt Lake City.
All interactions with staff have been great.
Car was comfortable and perfect for our trip. We did notice it may need some servicing but this didn't effect the trip, and frankly I am weird about noticing that type of thing.
