The most straightforward, simple, friendly rental car service I've experienced. Great work!
Staff were helpful and very courteous and made rate adjustment for Tire issue that almost stranded me in Park/ Recreation Area. While manager cited consistent service and maintenance- which I believe- tires were worn-out/ minimum tread and balance was unstable for “ Rugged” vehicle. Will rent again knowing that off-road issues can occur, but expect “ Rugged” Jeeps/ off-Road rated vehicles to be safe and reliable from the get go.
