The Jeep provided proved to be an excellent and comfortable vehicle for our 64-mile, off-road adventure to Cathedral Valley in Capitol Reef Nat'l Park. Without this vehicle we would not have been able to make it to the valley and see the gorgeous landscape.
Vehicle smelled strongly of smoke and air freshener, had to drive with the windows down. Vehicle had been washed/vacuumed but there was still dirt everywhere, bed of truck, mirrors, floormats, dashboard.

Check in very quick. After hours drop off easy and shuttle to airport was immediate. Free bottles of water at the rental office a bonus. A+ experience.
Great experience. My only suggestion would be for the staff to be more upfront about after hours returns. When we booked (we were called- reservation modified because vehicle wasnt available) we specifically asked if a Sunday rental caused any problems, we were told no. Also, at the pick up nothing was ever said about the fact that return would NOT be at the same location. We did not find out until we returned and saw the sign on the door. Would have saved us time knowing ahead of time.
This was by far the smoothest most pleasurable and most rewarding car rental experience we have ever had. We wish we could clone this agency all over the world. Office staff was professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. The vehicle we rented was better than expected and in top condition. The price was the best we could find online. Pick up and drop off were a breeze, and there is even a gas station across the street for your return fill up. It doesn't get better than this.
