Great car rental experience!
There were a bunch of half eaten snacks from the previous renter in the middle console and glove compartment when we got it. Other than that, it was perfect!
Very friendly staff from pickup to drop off. We thought we would have to buy a cooler for our food storage and the salesperson let us borrow a full size at no extra cost. Will definitely use Rugged Rentals again.

Everything was way better than expected...loved the vehicle supplied way better than any Rental company would have given us...yes i am so pleased i wanted to give a Rating...top shelf wheels i was driving even Sirius radio..Navigation too ...all I can sat is Great Job..picked up at airport fast and brought back ...very pleased.....Thanks Don

I needed a 4 wheel drive rental, Other agencies had vehicles that *could* have 4 wheel drive but they couldn't guarantee availability. Rugged guaranteed availability and the price was competitive. Though an off-airport location, the wait to be picked up and dropped off was short, as was the time at the customer service desk. As a bonus, they loaned us a cooler at no cost!
The staff at Rugged Rentals is fantastic and their vehicles are great!
They had the truck I requested ready and waiting for pickup. The free shuttle to and from the airport was a nice perk and was clean and very roomy.
