Rugged rentals provided us with a great vehicle and also helped us out at the end of the rental period when we had a flat tyre. Great company which we would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Tire pressures not properly set on car.
The Van was a bit dirty inside and out. Particularly the carpets, but it is a "rugged" rental and actually brought some ease to my concerns about bringing it back in less than "pristine" condition.
My only complaint would be the grinding noise of the brakes, and the wobble in the steering wheel when braking. I called to talk with someone about it, was not able to get a hold of anyone and left a message instead. No one ever responded. I was worried about doing damage to the vehicle.

Great overall experience, but a better run down of the car and it's features at pick up would've been helpful.
