I would recommend renting a vehicle from Rugged Rentals, the Jeep was ready when we arrived, there were no surprises with the rental charges I will rent from Rugged Rental again.

So easy, everyone was nice and helpful. Never had a better experience renting a car. And the car was fantastic (tricked out Jeep Wrangler). I'd definitely rent from these guys again and recommend them to anyone needing a car in Utah!
Rugged Rental was great. I rented b/c my truck had been stolen. RR accommodated a change in the time, were friendly and professional. Most impressive was that the police found my truck the day i picked up the rental, and Rugged Rental Staff were supportive and flexible in pricing. I have a very positive impression of the company and would easily trust them with my business in the future.

Rugged Rental has great customer service, especially when compared to some of the larger companies in the area. I like that I can reserve a specific vehicle type. They always get me checked in and out quickly, too.
