every person I interacted with created a great experience. the truck was in great condition. very happy to have found a rental company that provides larger vehicles with towing capacity.

I understand that a Jeep is going to be abused by most of the customers in Utah. Red rocks and all that, but the agency has to be vigilant in keeping them maintained for next customer. I don’t envy them this issue, it has to be incredibly frustrating for them. Mostly they do a fantastic job but occasionally could improve somewhat
The Jeep provided proved to be an excellent and comfortable vehicle for our 64-mile, off-road adventure to Cathedral Valley in Capitol Reef Nat'l Park. Without this vehicle we would not have been able to make it to the valley and see the gorgeous landscape.
Vehicle smelled strongly of smoke and air freshener, had to drive with the windows down. Vehicle had been washed/vacuumed but there was still dirt everywhere, bed of truck, mirrors, floormats, dashboard.
Great rental experience and staff!
