Rugged Rental has great customer service, especially when compared to some of the larger companies in the area. I like that I can reserve a specific vehicle type. They always get me checked in and out quickly, too.

I called and asked if I could get a roof rack and was told they weren't availabe but when I picked up my vehicle it had a roof rack! Thanks for that. Rates were comparable to the big rental companies. My 2019 rental vehicle was in great shape.

We were provided with a brand new Jeep that was awesome! We took it to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons and it was a great vehicle for our trip. The staff was great and the car was delivered to our hotel immediately when we called. We were shuttled back to the airport as soon as we dropped the Jeep off. The car could have been wiped down better inside before delivery, but otherwise it was a perfect experience.
The runbicon was an excellent choice for our vacation. It drove perfectly on highway as well as on the secondary roads. Taking it down part if the pony express trail was an easy ride. Driving through the Dixie National Forest was a piece of cake as well. My husband and I enjoyed the Jeep so much we are looking into getting one as our next vehicle. Thank you so much Rugged Rental. We will definitely be renting from you again the next time we are in Utah
These folks have been consistently excellent over the past 4 or 5 years. We've rented a 4x4 from them each time and have never been either disappointed or taken by surprise. We will definitely keep coming back!
