We rented a NV3500 from Rugged Rental. The vehicle outperformed our expectations! We had a large party, and everyone was comfortable and could see well. The heater and AC worked well. Our vehicle had been modified, with larger, Off Road/Snow tires, and the vehicle had AWD (did not use). I had all the confidence that I could get out of any trouble. One caveat...the large tires means that the speed on the odometer is not the speed you are going. You are going faster that you think!
Unfortunately when we picked up the truck the right rear tire pressure was low. The staff checked the tire and added air. The problem was the tire had a slow leak that after a few days went back down. Luckily someone with us had an air compressor as we were in sand dunes away from any service center. The staff should have initially pulled the truck seeing the air pressure as 19 psi vs. the requested 40 psi.

Excellent rental experience with no hassle about taking the car off road. New Jeep Rubicon very nice and a dream to drive but does have one down side in that rain water drains right where passenger and maybe driver too needs to get into vehicle. Above and beyond customer service for late arrival, thanks.

I have never had better service or more prompt attention from a rental agency. They were ready for our arrival with the paperwork filled out. The bus driver picked our bags from the bus and loaded them in the car while we were signing paperwork. IT WAS BY FAR the best car rental experience I have ever had and I am in my 60's. Keep up the great work.

The agency were fantastic; however the car was awful. Visibility was poor to the point of dangerous and it never stopped beeping
