I already did recommend Rugged Rental to several groups I met who were envious of the jeep I had.
The rental process was easy and fast.
Great company. We had a brand new Rubicon with 30 miles on the odometer. I only wish there were Rugged Rentals in Las Vegas to use in Southern Utah, California and Nevada
Total satisfaction. Excellent car at an excellent rate (no "surprise" charges). Fast in and out both picking up and returning. Only possible downside is somewhat limited hours compared to major name rentals but that undoubtedly contributes to the excellent rates. Plan accordingly and take advantage of this company.
The Jeep I received had damage to it and the gentleman that was there just tried to brush off the fact. I did ask for another vehicle, but he said that was all they had. There was a crack in the windshield right in my line of vision, which after 2300 miles can be quite annoying. The inside of the Jeep was covered in red dust, which tells me someone rented it and took the doors off prior to me.
Besides that the Jeep performed very well.
The staff were all incredibly friendly, and once I arrived at the pickup location, there was no wait at all to pick up the vehicle. The drop off was equally quick, and I was given a ride back to the airport without any rate. Would definitely recommend Rugged rental and use them again.
Great price and service
I got 3 different rate quotes for the rental and I still had to pay $37 more when I picked up the vehicle. I didn't exceed the miles, I returned it with more than a "full" tank, I vacuumed and cleaned the vehicle before I returned it. Apparently they can't get their after hours fees and airport fees figured out. Pretty crappy deal I thought.
