Very friendly service.
I've rented many cars from various agencies over the years and Rugged Rental was one of the best I've ever worked with. Great vehicle, service, and value. I wish they were in other cities so I could use them more often, but will always rent from them when in SLC!

We particularly chose your company after an experience last year in Colorado
where rented a SUV with claimed all wheel drive to fine it was rear wheel drive in white
out conditions in the Vail pass! Never again!

Great to actually be able to specify and get a decent 4x4 rather than 'pot-luck' from the supposed big names. Staff were really helpful. I will use again. Sorry we brought the Jeep back so dirty, but we did enjoy it for a month on our trip from the UK to UT
This is our second time renting from rugged rental. The staff at pickup was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at drop off what just very matter of fact, but still got the job done. Our shuttle driver was very friendly. Our vehicle was a Nissan Armada, which was a very nice vehicle, but not really my favorite as a larger SUV. We will definitely return to Rugged Rental for rental needs if possible.

Had a $60 “late night pick up fee” sprung on me, but otherwise a good experience overall
10:00 pm pick up went well, however we dropped the vehicle off at 8;15 am and you would have thought they would help with our luggage and start the van when we arrived but they did neither. They started the diesel van after everyone was on board and it was really cold out. Van driver did not even get out of van when he dropped us off.
