excellent experience in all ways!
Had a mishap (user error) and they helped out, very accommodating.
My only complaint is Upon arrival at the agency the reception folks were confused and a little frazzled. We requested two sets of keys and did not receive them. Had we not been repeat customers I would not have known to ask for the Sunday return instructions. I was headed out the door and had to go back and ask for them. I feel the new staff could use a little mentoring to adequately support the customer. Also please print a little larger paper showing the return information. Current one too sm.

Best car rental I've had! Super friendly and accommodating staff, great price, and the vehicle was in great shape. The only thing that could have been improved was I didn't notice until later how bare the tires were--they were almost worn down completely to the wear bars. It didn't end up being a problem but I would have felt safer and more comfortable in the car with better tires. Overall though a great experience and I'd highly recommend Rugged Rental!

Jeep Rubicon had faulty right rear tire pressure sensor and/or damaged vale stem, but not an issue during rental. Rear wiper and washer did not work. Otherwise, a great vehicle.
