When booking and printing my voucher to pickup my rental, I noticed there was to be a $500 deposit made on all debit card rentals. I called the location to get clarification. The lady asked if I was local and when I told her I was not, she assured me the $500 deposit did not apply to me. However, when I went to pickup the car, I was informed of the need for the $500 deposit. I explained I had called regarding this matter & I didn't have it& the lady removed that charge and sent me on my way.! TY
