Great company!
Had reserved a minivan but got a large SUV - was a bit larger than we prefer - harder to get in and out and harder to park in crowded lots. Also came out of restaurant to find car would not start, not dead battery but problem with key computer. Called for service help on Sunday and tech returned call promptly. Car had decided on its own to start after about 10 minutes without us doing anything except getting in and out several times! . Easy parking at off site parking lot after hours
Excellent service and rental! The Jeep was clean and well-maintained and the agents were friendly, easy to work with, and efficient. Even the Sunday drop-off process worked very well. Will definitely rent again. The only issue was that one of the all-terrain, mudder tires was brand new, while the others were 30K-worn. All good tires, but with only one new one, the Jeep shook a lot at highway speeds. Kinda rattling on a 200 mile trek to Capitol Reef. But everything else was great!
