This is our second time renting from rugged rental. The staff at pickup was extremely friendly and helpful. The staff at drop off what just very matter of fact, but still got the job done. Our shuttle driver was very friendly. Our vehicle was a Nissan Armada, which was a very nice vehicle, but not really my favorite as a larger SUV. We will definitely return to Rugged Rental for rental needs if possible.

Had a $60 “late night pick up fee” sprung on me, but otherwise a good experience overall
10:00 pm pick up went well, however we dropped the vehicle off at 8;15 am and you would have thought they would help with our luggage and start the van when we arrived but they did neither. They started the diesel van after everyone was on board and it was really cold out. Van driver did not even get out of van when he dropped us off.
We have been doing business with Rugged Rentals for 15 years. Always reliable and a great experience!
