Great rental company! The car was better than I had reserved and had many extras, including Garmin GPS without additional cost.
It was the 6th time that I rented a Jeep from Rugged Rental and it was a great experience as always.
Very courteous staff, very reasonable price, received vehicle upgrade (clean and in great condition) with satellite radio at no additional cost. Only charged $38 for repairing small crack from stone in windshield.
Great staff!
Overall I was very impressed with Rugged and will rent from them again when possible.
We love renting vans from you and will definitely do it again next year we are in town.
