Great service, friendly staff.
Great customer service...will rent from them again!!!
Staff was friendly and curteous. Service was prompt. We're able to easily extend our rental by a day due to a flight change. My only complaint is that they said our vehicle (Dodge Grand Caravan) had 4wheel drive but we could not figure out how to turn it on...we slipped a lot on the snow.
The tyres on the vehicle were in need of air and this should have been dealt with prior to pick up.
The Nisan Van had very badly worn tires and was very had to get around in the snow. It did not give me great confidence as a driver.
Great staff. Great value for rental rate of vehicle.
Was upgraded to a Suburban. Fantastic for carrying a family and skis.
