Excellent service above expectations. Better rates than at SLC airport, they pick you u quickly, no lines, no hassles. They even picked me up individually from a local hotel. Highly recommend and will be using their wonderful service again.
Ive rented cars in SLC 9 times in the last year and a half. I will never rent from the big rental companies again.
Originally rented Nissan Armada but was given Dodge Durango (told in same class). Doesn't seem the same class to me and felt the cost was high for a Durango vs. an Armada.
I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee and was given a Wrangler. Choices were that or a 15-person van! I just wanted a comfy 4WD/AWD vehicle for a family of 4 with baggage and skis to drive from SLC to Park City in winter conditions, not to go off-roading. The Wrangler handled horribly on the highway...felt like the Indiana Jones ride at Disneyland...not comfortable at all. The staff member was totally unapologetic about it (although otherwise courteous)...like I should have been thrilled with it.
We had to wait a very long time for pickup at the airport. During that time, they could have gassed up the car we were renting but instead had to wait even longer upon arrival for them to put gas in it. Other than that the car was adequate and got us around town. The staff was very nice.

The rental process was smooth and easy. The car was excellent - a Jeep Grand Cherokee with a ski rack and all the bells and whistles.
Very friendly service. We were in the car and on the road in less time than it takes me to rent from the on-airport rental places (plus, these guys loaded our luggage for us!) Returns were similarly fast.
