Great experience, no issues!
The staff was very helpful! Our pickup and drop off days were both on Sundays and the staff was very accommodating with this. We continue to use Rugged Rental every time that we visit Utah for skiing. Hats off to a great staff!!

We had an excellent experience renting with rugged rental! They were prompt and friendly and the car was in excellent condition. They made the rental process so easy and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to rent a car in Utah.
Overall great experience. Only downside was having to wait for shuttle to take us to and from airport but was worth it for the value
