Outstanding service! Though our flight was delayed 3 hours, Chandler picked us up two hours after closing time! The Dodge Durango was an upgrade from the Jeep I rented. It was perfect. No hassles at any point during the in/out process. Though the location is off-site, everything was made easy and timely for us both directions at the airport. Service and value for the money...I will absolutely use Rugged again and highly recommend them to others.
Great rental experience — very happy with the customer service, rental vehicle and price. Was easy to make the reservation online and reserve a 4x4 pickup. The pickup was new, clean and ran great. We were picked up and dropped off at the airport, all went well and was easy.

Excellent customer service. Easy to follow instructions. I was nervous about the place being away from the airport but the shuttle was warm, the staff was helpful loading the car and they waited for my delayed flight. I will DEFINITELY rent from Rugged again!

We requested a ski rack,and it wasn’t on the vehicle when we picked it up.
Everything fit inside the vehicle,so it was not a problem.
