This is my fourth Rugged Rental experience and I highly recommend.

Truck was fine, would have rather not have had a Dodge but, the vehicle performed very well and got the job done. I enjoy renting from Rugged Rental, they have a very good deals on large trucks. I look forward to renting from them again.

Rugged rentals was perfect for our National Park vacation since we were flying in from out of state. The vehicle choice was perfect. The SUV was in immaculate condition and ran beautifully. Rugged rentals will provide a drink/food cooler if needed. This really helped us out. The staff were great to deal with. We were able to bypass the lines and hype, typical of other rental car companies. The shuttle service went without a hitch. Every rental agency should be so great!

My only complaint is Upon arrival at the agency the reception folks were confused and a little frazzled. We requested two sets of keys and did not receive them. Had we not been repeat customers I would not have known to ask for the Sunday return instructions. I was headed out the door and had to go back and ask for them. I feel the new staff could use a little mentoring to adequately support the customer. Also please print a little larger paper showing the return information. Current one too sm.
