Best car rental I've had! Super friendly and accommodating staff, great price, and the vehicle was in great shape. The only thing that could have been improved was I didn't notice until later how bare the tires were--they were almost worn down completely to the wear bars. It didn't end up being a problem but I would have felt safer and more comfortable in the car with better tires. Overall though a great experience and I'd highly recommend Rugged Rental!

Jeep Rubicon had faulty right rear tire pressure sensor and/or damaged vale stem, but not an issue during rental. Rear wiper and washer did not work. Otherwise, a great vehicle.
The electronic on the car, a Dodge Charger, behave strangely. The steering wheel heater and seat heater would come spontaneous and have to be turned off. The radio would turn itself on also spontaneously. Aside from that the car was fine.
This was by far the best rental vehicle experience I have had.
Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions.
Pick up and drop off services were excellent with next to no waiting time.
Vehicle was in great shape.
No hassle, no upselling and best of all no surprise charges when we handed the vehicle back in.
We will definitely be using Rugged Rental again for future needs.

Excellent service and promptness
The staff was great. We received a nice car and were given a really great price. We couldn't have asked for anything better. I already referred Rugged Rental to some friends. We will definitely use again if we return to Salt Lake City. They also transported my husband to our hotel after he returned the rental.
Everything went very well, as planned. The staff was very courteous and helpful at both picking up and returning the car.
