It was the 6th time that I rented a Jeep from Rugged Rental and it was a great experience as always.
Very courteous staff, very reasonable price, received vehicle upgrade (clean and in great condition) with satellite radio at no additional cost. Only charged $38 for repairing small crack from stone in windshield.

Overall I was very impressed with Rugged and will rent from them again when possible.
We love renting vans from you and will definitely do it again next year we are in town.
Had to wait over 20 minutes after I arrived to from airport outside at night before someone showed up. Besides that no complaints
