Everything was great
Great experience! Loved that 4WD was guaranteed since we were driving into the mountains to ski. Weather was lovely so didn’t end up needing 4WD, but why take a chance?! The car felt safe and did its job, staff was kind, helpful and efficient, no surprises or extra charges. Easy transaction and would definitely rent from Rugged Rental again. Thanks, guys!

Rugged Rental staff were super friendly. They were very informative on what the rental agreement was. They offered to give a ride to airport, help us with luggage, and just friendly in general. The price was probably the best as well. Check in and checkout was quick.
Traveling from the East Coast to Utah for a ski trip, I was warned that I needed a well-equipped snow-capable vehicle to drive through the canyon roads to the major resorts, and major rental agencies commonly don't come through (leaving travelers in a bad situation). As a company that specializes in these vehicles, Rugged Rentals is different, and at a price that just can't be beat. Everything was perfect and smooth, and the truck was AWESOME! I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
