Zero problems, great jeep rental, 38k miles. Fast shuttle to from airport.

vehicle wasn't very clean on inside but other than that everything was fine
Rugged Rental provided the perfect vehicle for us. Very accommodating and willing to assist when needed
Truck performed great just was told we’d get a 2018 and instead received a 2016 that was a little rough. But over all a great experience.
People are nice but we had many other issues that dominated the service.
1. Road noise. there is a gap between the sliding door and van giving horrible Road Noise.
2. The van was provided with dust, hair and air filter uncleaned.
3. Mat at Driver seat is dangerous as its not fixed.
4. usb charge points are not working @ 2 points.
5. seatbelts are stuck.
6. van Pickup has 3 sec delay.
7. For the price paid, not having leatherseats is a ripoff.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Derrick called the day before our arrival to confirm our flight information and pick up time.
