Awesome Experience
Excellent! Easy and straight forward. It seemed like the staff really cared that you have a good experience...and we did!
The airconditioner in the rear section was not adequate, not cooling well. tires had less than a third of tread. Oil change required warning came on day 1 of rental after 200 miles of driving. Tire pressure low sign came on at time of rental, and the staff inflated tires.
Thank you for the water and fast service returning the vehicle.

When calling with question, they were kind and knowledgeable. When I arrived, they greeted me with smiles and were very helpful. They loaded my luggage into the car for me and showed me some features of the vehicle. The vehicle was much nicer than I expected. I was very happy, would rent from them again, and have already recommended them to friends. I cannot express how much I enjoyed the experience with Rugged Rentals. Thank you.
