Prompt shuttle service from airport. Excellent service and vehicles. Only issue was rented bike rack had broken straps and was unable to use. Received a refund for bike rack rental.
I like the opportunity to get something other than a basic car at a fair rate.
We rent from Rugged Rental pretty much every year since we need a 4x4.. It would be nice to get a coupon or code for a discount once in a while, since they are more expensive than other rental agencies.

We reserved a 12 passenger van for a long road trip. When we got there the rear air didn't work. We were then upgraded to a bigger van. This van had some issues with a tire pressure light, and by the end of the trip (1,560 miles) the check engine light came on. Rugged Rental handled the situation like professionals. They were great and we enjoyed our rental experience. I would highly recommend them and I will be renting from them again in the future!
