Fantastic company to deal with, honest and fair. Jeep Cherokee was a great rental car for Grand Tetons and Yellowstone National Parks.
Excellent experience, very nice SUV. When a better rate became available for my rental, I called and they changed my quote to the lower price.

After reading some very negative comments about rental services at the Salt Lake airport, my wife came across Rugged Rentals. They had very good reviews and that convinced us to give them a try. We were NOT disappointed. Every associated of Rugged Rentals was courteous, and helpful. The exact car we reserved was waiting for us. They moved our bags to the car for us and drove us back to the airport in the rental upon return. This made moving bags far more efficient. We will use them again.
