We were very impressed that they had our car waiting for us upon arrival ready to drive out of the front of the parking lot! They did a great job.

Fast pickup from airport. Agent loaded our luggage in the Jeep. The Jeep was in mint condition. Return was quick and flawless. Agent took us to our hotel. Have used Rugged Rental before and will do so again.
