We were pleased with our experience, after hours dropoff was efficient as well. More sunroofs on SUV's would be nice, that is the one thing we wish we had.
We use this agency for after school field trips. They do a great job.

Great place to rent a truck
The RAM 1500 we got from RR was equipped with tires rated as load level E. While the truck had only 35000 miles the rear tires had very little tread left. Even so they outperformed standard load ties on a RAM-1500 and Nissan Titan that our friends had rented from HERTZ. Both other vehicles suffered tire punctures while driving on recently graded gravel roads. We also had a JEEP Rubicon from RR with load level C 6-ply tires that handled the washboard roads with no flats.
Perfect vehicle for the area.
The service was great and the vehicle was everything I expected- and in great condition. They even had a cooler to loan out- Thanks a bunch.
Except for them not being able to find out car, which we parking in the lot they instucted us to and well before our rental agreement time, and calling us for 2 days , everything was fine.
Rugged Rentals is my go-to place for getting a 4wd Jeep when in Utah. They have fantastic, new, clean vehicles that are exactly what you want when you need a Jeep. Easy pickup from the airport, and easy late returns and shuttles back to the airport. I've had to be picked up on Thanksgiving Day before and they handled me just fine. I can't recommend them enough.
