Jeep we rented was newer model and clean. Only issue with vehicle was front tires worn badly and tread very cupped. made me a little nervous at highway speed
Vehicle was in great shape and was a pleasure to drive. After hours drop off was a bit unclear and could have been better communicated up front
So happy that Rugged Rental is making available vehicles other car rental companies don't have. However, they should take better care of their fleet. In my case, I accepted the vehicle with three dings in the windshield and one eventually started cracking during our trip, right in my line of sight. Also, the sliding door was hard to close and we had to slam it to close it. Lastly, there was a loud squeaky sound by the sliding door all the time. Great price, great service, no to so good vehicle.
This was my 3rd time renting from Rugged Rental. Have never had a complaint about any aspect of their service.
I have now rented from Rugged Rental for about 13 years. Every single time I rent a vehicle from them, the staff is incredibly nice and accommodating and the trucks are just what I need for adventuring around Utah. Always an awesome experience.

My daughter and I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2.5 week ski multi state trip.. Rugged Rental is by far the one and only place to rent a vehicle . Their rates are excellent and the staff is wonderful. . Nothing but good words and thank yous to everyone..
