Our car was upgraded for no cost because our reserved car was unavailable. Desk service was fast and friendly, the car was in perfect condition, and overall this rental was excellent value. Our only complaint is that the shuttle arrived 25 minutes after we called from the airport pickup location, despite the website stating the rental location is 5 minutes from the airport.
It was easy rent
I will likely rent from Rugged Rental again. However, now that other rental car agencies have 4x4 trucks at the airport, not sure if the shuttle ride is necessary.

Rugged rentals was great. I made a mistake with the reservation which I didn’t realize until the day we flew in and the staff went over and above to fix everything for us. The car was so nice with plenty of room for kids, skis, and luggage and we felt good knowing we had all-wheel-drive in case of poor road conditions. Exceptional value for money and a great experience all around.
