I usually cringe when it's time to rent a vehicle. I've had multiple bad experiences. But Rugged Rental made everything easy - we were picked up quickly from the airport, even after a major delay from the airport. Our truck was perfect, and checking out was quick and effortless. Would totally rent from you guys again!
Tires on the truck seemed more worn than a vehicle with 23k miles should have - made for some interesting times in the snow.

Picked up vehicle with some damage. The staff was great however, aware of the damage and went over the vehicle with me to ensure I would not be blamed for previous damage. Great rates and excellent staff! Will be back.
