Best rental car experience I've had in over 30 yrs. I wish they were nationwide.

Class operation, always good service
Rented a 2018 Jeep Cherokee for 70 days, was like new.. Worked out OK, but 4 cylinder Jeep was under powered for the mountains and canyons of Salt Lake City.

First time using Rugged Rental and will use them for now on for my car rental requirements. The staff checked our flight information and called to confirm we had not changed our flight. Picked us up on time at the airport and had the car ready for us immediately. The vehicle was exactly what we had reserved with all the special features requested. The drop-off and return to the airport went just as smoothly. Great company to work with.

Our flight was delayed, the employees stayed 15 minutes late which was great, but their attitudes could not have been better. So very nice and accommodating. I will rent from no one else in SLC.
I thought I was getting a grand Cherokee not a latitude- it was a little underpowered in the mountains
