We had requested a ski rack on the car that was not installed,but because one in our party ended up not coming on the trip the car ended up being big enough without it. They did offer to install a rack , but it should have just been done prior to pick up. Others than that,the entire experience was really quite good.
This was the first time using Rugged Rental and we were very pleased. We were picked up at the airport 5 minutes after calling and the off site location was close by. We were greeted by a very friendly gal who got us on the road quickly. As well, the return was very easy and we were immediately shuttled back to the airport. We will rent from them again and recommend
