First time renting with Rugged and the experience as great. Everything went very smoothly (even with a late in the day arrival) and without a hitch. Returning the vehicle was the same; very effortless. I would definitely rent from them again.

There were some issues with the initial rental, but Rugged Rental provided excellent customer service and quickly fixed the problem. Mistakes and issues will happen, but the true measure of a company is their willingness to correct them. Very happy with the overall service and the rental vehicle.
AWESOME...best place we've ever rented from......they told us (and there were 3 couples/cars rented) which car we would get and it was there ready to go. D/O was just as easy and the shuttle from and to the airport was great. Other companies we used did not have a shuttle just for us and several times we had to wait for several vans before we could get on...(not good) - so were super excited by your company.
