it was great. Thule rack was a bit finicky, but other than that was great.
It snowed a lot when we were in SLC so securing a 4WD was essential. Knowing that we get a 4WD gives us a peace of mind. Other agencies do not promise a 4WD.

I needed a van or larger SUV to rent in Salt Lake City for a weeklong ski trip. Our adult daughter and her partner joined for a long weekend. Rates from the "traditional" rental companies with airport pickup were outrageously priced. Rugged was less and my experience with all their employees were stellar! Highly recommend them.
I received a text message with directions to the pick up area. These were great directions, but it did not include the phone number of who to call. It would be very helpful to include this phone number in the text.
Wait for the shuttle to the airport after returning the car was below expectation.
