The staff was efficient and knowledgeable. As a repeat customer, I appreciated that the shuttle driver remembered me. The vehicle I rented was clean, ran well and was easy to drive. I will most assuredly rent from Rugged Rental in the future :)
Appreciated being able to rent an AWD vehicle. Major car companies could not guarantee one—even in Salt Lake City where there was some heavy snow and ice.

The staff were so friendly and knowledgable. If I had any questions, the staff made sure that they were answered. The car that I had rented was clean, in great shape, and excellent on gas mileage. The price was better than the competitors and the allowed mileage made it easy to travel to multiple destinations without worrying if I would would be going over the set allowance. I would definitely recommend this company to people!!! They made the entire experience easy.

The whole process with Rugged Rental was easy from start to finish. Communications pre-reservation were quick and helpful, especially since our flight was going to be arriving around Midnight, after the agency closed. We were met at the airport terminal and brought to our vehicle for a quick process. Return instructions were just as easy.

Great rental! We couldn’t have been happier with the SUV we were provided for the week. The miles we were allotted were fantastic. The service of being picked up after hours was super easy. I will definitely look to rental again when we are back in the area.
