Fantastic alternative to the national chain guys.
The reservation process informed me it would take only 5 minutes for pick-up after we had our bags. After baggage began appearing on the carousel, I called for pick-up but was told it would be 10 minutes and we to call back after we had our bags. Of course, we had our bags within the next 3-4 minutes, then we had to wait 10 minutes for the shuttle van - totally unnecessary when the shuttle could have been enroute especially since we had to pay $125 extra for the Christmas evening shuttle!

Rented a 4WD Suburban to take family of 7 skiing, and drive to Utah NPs. N0 problems with vehicle, pick up or drop off and promt pick up and return to airport from Park and Fly lot
