Good rental
The day after upon receiving the vehicle the oil light came on. I was told to ignore the indication which was on throughout the entire month period. I received no discount for this annoyance whatsoever. I spoke to the mgr. who treated me with disrespect. I would never deal with this company ever again.
This is my second experience with Rugged Rental. I am fully satisfied and will recommend this agency to anyone needing a rental in the Salt Lake City area.
