Fantastic experience
No other comments, I'm fully satisfied even if, in my opinion, the rate is not cheap
Have rented about 9 times from Rugged (thousands of $). Was disappointed this time in that the condition of the vehicle was not up to the standards that I have received in the past from Rugged. The rear tires were worn down to the tread wear bars. The spare had no tread left. The rear lockers would not engage. The vehicle registration had expired six months previous. These are just the defects I noticed, probably were more. Next rental's condition will determine if I continue to use Rugged.

The Jeep Cherokee we rented was clean, in great condition, and ran well. We had no problems with it. We were promptly picked up and returned to the airport. Our driver was friendly and courteous.
Rugged provided us with a great vehicle and excellent service. The option to return the truck to a 24hr lot near the airport (after hours) was very appreciated!
