We have rented twice from Rugged Rental, and had exceptionally good experiences both times. So good, its influencing our vacation destination for next year as we are planning now, to visit SLC area and rent from RR again! THANKS!

They failed to tell me where to return the vehicle if I came before ours which I told him I would be coming before ours at 6:30 AM I called three taxis finally had one was going to pick me up before I noticed that on their dark and storefront they were the eight and half by 11 sign telling me what to do if I was there before ours very poor service did not let me know what this even though I let them know that I would be there for hours
I have rented a Jeep Wrangler from Rugged Rental four times to travel on the back country Utah roads. The vehicle and service has been excellent every time. The satellite radio really comes in handy as well.

Renting from Rugged was great, so much better service than a bigger car agency.
Turning off the ignition caused the GPS to lose all co-ordinates. Having to re-enter everything was a waste of precious time. On arriving at our destination 300 miles away, the dashboard displayed oil change urgent. RR was closed for the day. Required interventions should be anticipated. I was overcharged for GPS: the $25/week rate for 5 days instead of $12.50, as indicated on RR website.
An extremely fair and reasonably priced company. I enjoy doing business with them.
