I have rented from Rugged Rental 4 or 5 times. They are a pretty easy-going bunch of people. No agenda. Just service.
Staff was courteous and very helpful regarding an issue with car seats we left in the vehicle.

Thank you for providing a much-needed oversized vehicle for my family vacation. The Dodge Transit(?) was perfect if not of the lack of drink holders or power access for mobile devices for rear passengers. Yes, I was aware of the 12v port in the cargo area.
