I have done a lot of renting of vehicles and as I told my brother who was with me on our travels, your company is incredible. Elizabeth and Rebecca are perfect ambassadors for your company and they were so responsive to questions I had on about three different occasions. Upon arrival, I was blown away on how prepared the documents were--so simple and no pressure to sign up for tons of insurance. The pick-up at the airport was quick and we were on our way in minutes after arrival in your office

The staff was very friendly, helpful and prompt. However the cars front tires Were less that 5/32 inch. This didn't inspire confidence and was concerned during the long road trips. Have good, safe tires should be a top priority. Staff did give us a new vehicle after expressing concern.
