My initial flight to SLC was cancelled then rescheduled flight delayed, and RuggedRentals was very accommodating of the dynamic situation.
Tanner was very helpful and we would rent from here again because of him. Great employee.

Great experience two years in a row. Got me safely to mountains and back. Easy to pick up and drop off.
I use this agency because they provide vehicles with snow tires. This time I used the "dealer's choice" option and received an enormous pickup truck without snow rires. The price was good but the vehicle was terrible.

I have been really happy with Rugged Rental. However, with most of the rental car agencies (within walking distance of the terminal) now having 4X4 trucks, having to catch the shuttle off site does not make as much sense.
Is there any possibility for Rugged Rental to get cars onsite (at the airport)?
