the staff was genuinely interested in my satisfaction and happiness w/ the rental. The SUV was very capable for my off-roading in southern Utah. The price was just right!

My only negative is that Rugged Rentals does not offer the customer LOSS OF USE insurance on their vehicles in case of accident. Please look into this. Customers should have the choice to get this insurance or decline the insurance.
