The courtesy of the staff was fantastic! They arrived on time and were super helpful with my luggage. They politely answered any questions I had. Yeah! I found the value for dollar spent to be less expensive than the other options I checked out so I was very pleased with both the vehicle and the gas mileage. I do recommend showing the renter where the gas cap release is located, letting them know what type of gas to use, and how Utah addresses should be entered into a GPS. Wonderful experience!
The Cherokee made more noises than it seems a new car should.
Oil change message came up early in week. Overall good.

Poor quality can but rental counter made it up to me. They excersized excellent customer service. I would rent there again. The service was better than what I would have received at the airport or from a name brand agency.
